After spending a few months living at the UK I’ve discovered a few cakes I haven’t seen when I was here like a tourist. One of them are the Tea Cakes, soft marshmallow on a biscuit base fully coated in chocolate.
Today I tried the Tunnock’s Dark Chocolate and I loved them!
The base was a little crispy, the marshmallow was just softness and the dark chocolate make the biscuit perfect!
