I choose this word not for the meaning but for what I was doing while I did the calligraphy! I learned this technique at the London Stationery Show and I had so much fun doing it…!
Simply I used my watercolour paints and then, put some salt (yes, kitchen salt!) on it. It makes these beautiful patterns and dry the paint more quickly. You just have to spend a little time removing the dried salt from the paper…! 😉 Easy, fun and with a beautiful result, perfect, don’t you think?
