Kazaar is a coffee where Robusta Conilon is dominant, but instead of using common unwashed Robusta Conilon, the Nespresso Experts requested that the coffee be processed differently. Using a sundried process rather than drying at high temperatures reduces the harshness. They also requested the Guatemalan Robusta used a wet method which also gives a unique smoothness, while keeping its intense character intact. The final element in the blend is the unwashed Cerrado Arabica, which provides a roundness in the cup.
