How about cooking an original recipe today?

While I was in Italy I’ve discovered La Fabbrica della Pasta di Gragnano and their speciality… the giant pasta!

I’ve bought the “‘o Sole ‘e Capri” for my mum, and yesterday we cooked it with some autumn ingredients: mushrooms and onions.
The recipe we use it was really easy…
First we fried the mushrooms and the onions in two different pans…
After boil the pasta for a few minutes, we want it “al dente” not very cooked!
And then fill the sun with the ingredients!
