My Thoughts

They always say that mixing business with personal life is never a good mix, the repercussions could be high risk, and in this case even your life could be at risk. Are you ready to discover “The Killing Kind”?
I liked this story, but sometimes it feels a little bit unrealistic; Ingrid Lewis is a highly respected barrister that had to defend a very dangerous man, John Webster, who is now trying to convince her that her life is in danger and he is the only one that can protect her…
I don’t trust people, so, if someone I know that it’s dangerous is trying to scare me I would go directly to the police, but instead, Ingrid tries to discover what’s really happening by herself. An interesting story to get you turning pages but as I said, it doesn’t feel real if you try to understand Ingrid reasoning, a little bit too reckless for my taste!
Having said that, this is an addictive read; you could feel the pressure of the situation in your own skin, you can’t trust anyone and want to know who is really moving the threads.
Are you ready for a high race to save Ingrid’s life? It will not be easy and you could lose everything… Ready for “The Killing Kind”?
