About The Book

This is not a typical love story, but it’s our love story.
Anna wasn’t looking for love when Adam swept her off her feet but there was no denying their connection, and she believed they would be together forever.
Years later, cracks have appeared in their relationship. Anna is questioning whether their love can really be eternal when a cruel twist of fate delivers a crushing blow, and Anna and Adam are completely lost to one another. Now, Anna needs Adam more than ever, but the way back to him has life-changing consequences.
Is a second chance at first love really worth the sacrifice? Anna needs to decide and time is running out…

My Thoughts

I’ve always believed that when you are not looking for something is when you “find it”; in matters of love, it doesn’t matter how hard you are looking for the love of your life, there’s a high chance it will appear the moment you less expect it.
Anna and Adam weren’t looking for love, Anna had just broken with her long time boyfriend, Adam was ready to travel around the world; but since the moment they met they know there’s something special between them, will they risk everything and take the change?
The story starts with a letter, a letter Anna is writing to Adam, things between them aren’t great and she wants to express all her feelings to him through all their life together in the best way possible, making the reader take a sweet and emotive trip through their life together.
This had been a very beautiful read, thoughtful and real, you were not a mere spectator of the story but feel the emotions of both characters on you skin. The characters are real, the reader can put themselves in their skin and understand their actions, sometimes not easy, but human.
I really don’t want to make spoilers, but you can expect some tears after reading this book; their story is precious and bitter as any real love story, don’t expect “perfectness”, because it doesn’t exist, but real love, something we all want but not always achieve.
I would recommend to anyone to read this book, you’ll have it in your heart forever, believe me.
